DESCRIPTION: Reproduction dwarf tall clock, signed "JACKSON ETON", 8 day, time and strike, brass weight driven movement in a mahogany case with broken arch top, center flame finial above fluted plinth, tombstone door on trunk flanked by fluted columns and turned and fluted columns flanking hood door. The brass dial with silvered chapter ring has name boss and cast corner spandrels.
CONDITION: the clock is in excellent original condition and professionally antiqued. Some Britons were quite active in the 20th century making "grandmother" clocks from new or old clock components. This example is quite handsome and has a quality movement.
